Is Hamsarjo only for Afghanistan?
Hamsarjo is built in Afghanistan, but it is open to Muslims around the world who are looking for a serious, marriage-minded relationship.
Why do I have to upload a government ID?
ID verification keeps the community real. Every member must submit a valid government ID before their profile goes live, and again before buying any subscription
Who can see my profile photos?
Your photos are blurred by default. Only the people you choose to unblur can see them, and you can hide them again at any time.
Can I chat for free?
Browsing and profile creation are free. Messaging and video calls require a Premium or Elite subscription after your ID is verified.
What is the difference between Premium and Elite?
Premium unlocks messaging, advanced filters and photo requests. Elite adds unlimited video calls, priority support and exclusive profile boosts.
How does the wali feature work?
When you are ready, you can invite your wali or guardian into a private chat thread so your family can be part of the conversation.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted, never sold to third parties, and you can request full deletion of your profile and chat history at any time.
Can I hide from people I already know?
Yes. You can block contacts, stay invisible to specific users and report anyone who behaves inappropriately in one tap.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account and tap Delete Profile. Your data is removed immediately and your subscription stops at the end of the current billing cycle.
