1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Hamsarjo app and website (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use means you accept the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally single, divorced, or widowed to use Hamsarjo. The Service is designed for Muslims seeking a serious, marriage-minded relationship. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
3. Account Registration & ID Verification
A valid government-issued ID is required to create an account and to purchase any subscription. Profiles are reviewed before going live. We reserve the right to reject or remove any account that fails verification, contains false information, or violates our community standards.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Hamsarjo offers Premium and Elite subscription plans. All purchases are final unless required by applicable law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. ID verification is mandatory before any paid features are activated.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use Hamsarjo respectfully and lawfully. You must not harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other users; share false or misleading information; solicit money; promote other services; or upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission.
6. Content & Photos
You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant Hamsarjo a limited license to display it within the Service. Photos are blurred by default and only revealed to users you choose. We may remove content that violates our guidelines or applicable laws.
7. Safety & Reporting
While we use verification and moderation to protect our community, you are responsible for your own safety when interacting with others. Never share financial information, passwords, or personal contact details too quickly. Report suspicious behaviour immediately.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, community guidelines, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the platform. You may also delete your account at any time from within the app settings.
9. Disclaimers
Hamsarjo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that all users are truthful, or that the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hamsarjo and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from interactions with other users.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hamsarjo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
